Principal
Andy Golubitsky
Andy Golubitsky has over 14 years of real estate development experience. Prior to founding Astral Properties, a fully integrated real estate development firm, and APRE Consulting, Andy held positions at Macklowe Properties and Douglaston Development, where he developed multiple residential, retail, and hotel properties.
Prior to his career in real estate development, he practiced architecture in Boston, New York, Moscow, Kuwait, Istanbul, and Port-au-Prince, and worked on projects ranging from large-scale master plan mixed-use communities, multi-billion-dollar hospital additions, ambulatory care facilities, data centers, university campus buildings, dormitories, luxury, and affordable multi-family projects, private residences, and commercial interiors.
Andy holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development as well as Urban Design from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Syracuse University. He is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited professional and an adjunct professor at Columbia University.

Development Manager
Gabe Scott
Gabe was born and raised in northern California, attended school in Arizona, and subsequently moved to New York City to pursue a career in real estate development. Most recently, as a key member of the Peebles Corporation’s development team, Gabe spearheaded regional acquisition opportunities for projects in the Northeast and Southeast markets and supported the management and execution efforts of the company’s active portfolio of projects. Prior to joining the development team, Gabe was on the firm’s acquisitions team, which focuses solely on securing public-private partnerships to redevelop assets in key US markets.
Gabe has led the acquisition of projects totaling hundreds of millions of dollars of transactional value across multiple markets such as South Florida, New York City, Boston, and Los Angeles. Gabe played a major role in acquiring the Peebles Corporation’s pipeline of complex mixed-use, transit-oriented, and master-planned, and urban infill projects. As a Senior Associate on the development team, Gabe was responsible for overseeing projects from inception – including, the assemblage of development teams, feasibility analysis and highest & best-use analysis, due diligence, strategic planning and implementation, and project programming and design. Gabe’s experience also includes structuring complex ground leases and fee simple transactions for large-scale mixed-use developments. Gabe strategically structured the company’s offers to disposing municipalities, which entailed residual land value analysis and leveraging competing stakeholder interests to minimize risk to the Developer, while maximizing benefits for communities. Additionally, Gabe supported the Managing Director of Development in the day-to-day project management of the company’s Boston portfolio of commercial developments, ensuring key milestones were achieved on schedule, within budget, and according to investment return profiles.
Prior to joining the firm’s development team, Gabe was an Analyst on the acquisitions and investments team. During his time on the acquisitions team, Gabe identified and analyzed potential acquisitions and reported to senior-level management with market assessments, site assessments, zoning assessments, and other due diligence related to site acquisition and development feasibility. Gabe was responsible for leading underwriting efforts and preparing responses for public-private development opportunities. He played a key role during the company’s largest and most notable acquisition, Angels Landing in Los Angeles, California.
Gabe first joined The Peebles Corporation as an intern in the company’s acquisition and investments department. Prior to joining The Peebles Corporation, Gabe held administrative positions at a multifamily development company, and a general contractor in Scottsdale, AZ, while studying interdisciplinary studies at Arizona State University. Gabe’s educational focus included courses in Business Administration and Political Science. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Gabe led the sales team of an eCommerce marketplace company.

Principal
Atif Qadir
Atif Z. Qadir, AIA, founded Commonplace (formerly REDIST), a fintech company, and Amanat Properties, a development company focused on the renovation of historic real estate in New Jersey. He is the host of the top-ranked real estate podcast, American Building, and uses the platform as a channel to discuss topics he is passionate about, especially housing and impact. He previously worked in development and acquisitions at Extell Development and on-site construction management at Turner Construction. He began his career as an architectural designer.
Atif serves on the Planning Commission in Hoboken, where he lives, and on the Advisory Council of Provident Bank. He has also gained experience in real estate in a nonprofit setting by serving as a Trustee of The Hudson School. He is a licensed architect and received his bachelorʼs degrees in architecture and in urban planning from MIT and his MBA with a focus in finance from Columbia Business School.

Ashil Ann
Ashil Ann has over 12 years of real estate development experience. Before joining APRE, Ashil worked at leading real estate development companies Macerich, Lightstone, Forest City, and CIM Group. She developed various product types, including multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, retail, and affordable housing. Ashil has managed entitlements, design, leasing, construction, and financing ground-up construction and redevelopment projects throughout California, New York, and Las Vegas.
Ashil holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California Santa Barbara. She is also an alumna of the Ross Minority Program in Real Estate from the University of Southern California’s Lusk Center for Real Estate and a CORO Fellow in Public Affairs.
Ashil previously served as a board member of the L.A.U.R.A. organization focused on youth and civic engagement in South Central Los Angeles.

Principal
David Mosey
David Mosey has over 10 years of Affordable and Middle-Income Housing development, underwriting, and construction experience. Currently, David is leading efforts to develop a 125-unit middle-income new construction project in Bend, Oregon. Before joining APRE as a Principal and Director of Affordable and Middle-Income Housing, David held a position at Bronx Pro Group in The Bronx, NY, where he led the development of multiple residential communities and supportive housing projects – both new construction and renovation – in New York City and Honolulu, Hawaii. Among those projects were five 4% and one 9% tax credit deals all of which closed on time and budget.
David also authored two winning RFPs for new construction affordable housing projects on New York City-owned sites. David holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, a Master of Science in Landscape Architecture from City College of New York, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Oregon.

Development Manager
Pavel Petrov
Pavel Petrov is a Development Manager for APRE Consulting’s business unit in Los Angeles, California. He is currently involved in the acquisition and development of more than 1.5 million square feet of mixed-use commercial and hospitality space, including the conversion of existing hotels into nearly 850 residential units throughout major U.S. markets.
Pavel has varied pre-development experience with responsibilities in acquisitions, financial analysis, due diligence, design management, entitlements, and development management. As a strategic advisor to APRE Clients, his primary focus is to deliver projects on time and on budget while minimizing risk and maximizing returns.
Prior to joining APRE, while earning his Master’s of Real Estate Development from Columbia University, Pavel led the winning team in the Urban Land Institute’s Hines Competition. Before attending graduate school, Pavel spent 10 years shaping the built environment as a Planner and Urban Designer for an internationally renowned design firm. Pavel created, enhanced, and protected value for his clients. The projects were diverse in scale, budget, and complexity – collectively serving as a valuable foundation for real estate development.

Gbenga Omosuyi
Gbenga Omosuyi brings over 10 years of experience in institutional investing, business development, strategy, and relationship management. Prior to APRE, Gbenga worked at Deutsche Bank AG, New York and Cayman Islands, where he drove strategic business development across various investment products and managed institutional clients relationships in Corporate Investment Bank and Wealth Management divisions. Most recently, he oversaw business development initiatives in real estate investing, as well as managed active residential, hospital and hotel projects at Lockwood Development Partners, Miami.
Gbenga holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Yale University – School of Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Montclair State University, and an Advanced Management Certificate in Digital Transformation from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain. He is currently an MBA Graduate Teaching Assistant at Yale University.

John Wofford
John Wofford is a Development Manager for APRE Consulting in New York. With over 10 years of real estate development and architecture experience, John brings diverse multifamily/mixed-use and hospitality knowledge to APRE. At APRE, he assisted with the acquisition of an 11-hotel, 3,227 key portfolio across nine states. He is currently leading the repositioning of outmoded full-service hotels into mixed-use properties with new hotel brands. Other responsibilities include: entitlements, zoning, underwriting, project management, and tax credits.
Prior to his involvement with APRE, John worked in South Carolina, San Francisco, and most recently New York. John oversaw active New York projects as Development Manager at ASH NYC, a vertically integrated company that designs, develops, and operates its own residential and hotel properties. As an architect at CetraRuddy in New York and Solomon Cordwell Buenz in San Francisco, he was directly involved in the design and construction of numerous prominent residential towers. His broad experience ranges from boutique to large-scale and from acquisitions/concept through construction and completion.
A registered architect in New York State, John holds a Master of Science of Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Auburn University.

Christopher Munsell
Christopher Munsell is a Principal APRE Consulting, providing acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets services to APRE’s clients. Chris is also the Glascock Associate Professor of Professional Practice of Real Estate Development Finance at Columbia University. He has been at Columbia since 2017 and teaches both the core and elective finance curriculum. In addition to teaching, Chris has spoken at annual real estate conferences hosted by Columbia University, The Penn Club of New York, Opal Group, and IMN.
Chris has over a decade of real estate experience in both the debt and equity sides of the business with positions at Citizens Bank, Arbor, and CBRE. He has structured and managed more than $3 billion in real estate across all asset types and in more than 20 states.
Chris holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science from Boston University.

Mathew Propst
Mathew Propst is a real estate development professional in New York City, bringing over 7 years of multifamily and mixed-use commercial hospitality experience. During this time, Mathew was involved with all aspects of development, financing, budget management, consultant selection, permitting, and governmental approvals and entitlements. Mathew is currently involved in the acquisition and development of more than 1million square feet of mixed-use commercial and hospitality space nationally.
Prior to joining APRE, Mathew was the lead development manager for several mixed-use residential ground up and repositioning projects at Slate Property Group and was involved in the predevelopment of a 1.2 million sf luxury residential condominium building at Macklowe Properties. Prior to his career in real estate development, Mathew practiced architecture in New York City, working on several high-end luxury homes and condominiums, as well as several large-scale urban design and master planning projects including university and industrial campuses, museum and library design and planning.Mathew holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona.

Eddie Schurr
Eddie Schurr is a Development Manager for APRE Consulting in New York. Eddie provides acquisitions, asset management, and underwriting services to APRE’s clients. Throughout his career, he has been involved in loan origination, underwriting, due diligence, and credit approval processes.
Before joining APRE, Eddie was directly involved in financing more than $4 billion of debt across all major real estate asset types throughout the U.S. over his seven-year career. Eddie held positions as a Credit Risk Manager at Deutsche Bank, and most recently as an Underwriter at Limekiln Real Estate Investment Management, where he was focused on the origination of transitional multifamily debt.
Eddie holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, where he received the Hank Bell Entrepreneurial Award, and a Bachelor of Arts from Johns Hopkins University, where he was a member of the men’s lacrosse team.

Thomas Abreu

J. Lincoln Palsgrove IV
J. Lincoln Palsgrove IV has over 20 years of professional experience in marketing and public relations at Fortune 500 companies including leadership in the non-profit sector advancing corporate social responsibility and urban planning initiatives. During his career, Mr. Palsgrove has led marketing, digital strategy, media planning, creative design, grassroots support for zoning approvals, and commercial leasing suites for over 100 million square feet of real estate. His previous 12 years were spent at the Dallas based Howard Hughes Corporation and New York based Brookfield Properties where he developed internal teams, business to business and business-to-consumer brand campaigns for large-scale mixed-use and multi-family properties across the United States.
His work at Howard Hughes resulted in 3 awards for marketing excellence granted by the International Council of Shopping Centers. Prior, Mr. Palsgrove spent many years at the Alliance for Downtown New York coordinating with City Hall and FEMA to implement infrastructure improvements for small businesses and area residents in the wake of September 11th, 2001 within lower Manhattan, the second-largest central business district in the country.
Mr. Palsgrove graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications including NYU Dean’s Honors. He is currently a principal at APRE Consulting additionally, Mr. Palsgrove founded Gullwing Enterprise, a company specializing in corporate communications, investor relations, and strategic marketing consulting services. The firm provides white glove services to a select group of private, non-profit, and publicly listed companies.

Kurt Franz
Kurt Franz is the founder of Edifice, a behavioral analytics platform for hospitality and has a unique background in real estate development, architecture, urban design, and technology.
Before Edifice, he was the COO of Frustum, a generative design technology startup that was successfully acquired for $70 million. He has worked and consulted in Europe, China and the USA, has been featured on the cover of the NY Times Real Estate section and managed end-to-end real estate development projects in New York City.
Additionally, he teaches a proptech studio at Columbia University MSRED program that focuses on how to synthesize contemporary data streams for new insight into real estate operations.
Kurt has two master’s degrees in Urban Design and Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Southern California.

George Dolidze
George Dolidze is a Principal at APRE Consulting based in San Francisco, California and is the head of APREs Owner Representative, Project Management and Cost Management businesses. He is currently involved in the project management of more than 719,000 square feet of office space for METAs Sunnyvale Campus.
With over 12 years of design and project management experience, George combines design sensibility with stakeholder initiative. He has been involved in notable projects such as the redevelopment of LaGuardia Airport, Equinox Hotel in the Hudson Yards, and building out the Canada West portfolio of projects for WeWork. He has successfully delivered several office spaces and a childcare prototype facility for META.
George received his undergraduate degree in architecture from Syracuse University. After spending two years in residential design, he returned to graduate school for his Master’s degree from Columbia University. His focus has always been driven by his curiosity to push architecture to solve problems outside of their normal context and never accept the status quo without asking “why”.
George is a LEED accredited professional and a licensed architect in the state of NY.
